Philippines – Electronic Inward Foreign Manifest ((e-IFM) – May 15, 2015

Effective May 15, 2015, The Philippine Bureau of Customs requires ELECTRONIC INWARD FOREIGN MANIFEST (e-IFM) submission of manifest before aircraft arrival under the following schedule:

1.1 Port of Origin is in Asia – THREE (3) hours before the arrival of the aircraft;

1.2 Port of Origin is a location other than Asia – EIGHT (8) hours before aircraft arrival.

Non-compliance nets a charge of US$350.00/Hawb as a penalty.
